Returns + Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns of products within 14 days of receiving your order. 

You can start your return by printing your own return label here. You can then send your package, with the new return label, at your nearest post office. 

Can I do an exchange?

Yes. You can do an exchange by printing your own label here and then placing a new order in our webshop.  

My item is defective. What should I do?

We want to encourage lifetime circularity in our products. Therefore, we will gladly help you to repair the product. Please contact us on koldbath@gmail.com for further inquiries. If the product is still defective after our second effort to repair it, we will offer you a refund for your item.
